Who can apply?

  • Patients with a valid prescription to accompany the WAINUA Savings Program offer
  • Patients who are covered by commercial insurance, and their insurance does not cover the full cost of their prescription
  • Residents of the United States or Puerto Rico
  • Patients who are enrolled in the WAINUA Savings Program
  • Patients are ineligible if prescriptions are paid by any state or federally funded programs, including but not limited to, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Medigap, Veterans Affairs, or Department of Defense or TRICARE
If the patient is enrolled in a State or Federally funded prescription insurance program, he or she may not use this program even if he or she elects to be processed as an uninsured (cash-paying) patient. ENROLL

You can self-enroll or your healthcare provider can enroll you into the WAINUA Savings Program online through the AstraZeneca Patient Support website or by calling an Access 360 representative. Once enrolled, you will pay a set amount of out-of-pocket costs for WAINUA, while the program will cover the remaining balance.
